Roof renovation
Old tiles off, insulation and new battens on, and a roof that will see you through the next thirty years.
Bitumen roofing
Flat roofs on extensions, garages or commercial buildings, torched in two layers to the BikuDak guidelines.
Zinc and lead work
New zinc gutters, lead around the chimney and flashings at dormers. That’s where most leaks start.
Roof inspection
A thorough check of tiles, lead, gutters and attic, with a report and photos. Free if we do the renovation.
Emergency roof leaks
A leak after a storm or heavy rain? Within 24 hours we seal it temporarily, then a permanent repair follows.

Put a bucket under the drip and move things away from the ceiling. Don't go up on the roof yourself, certainly not in wind or rain. Tell us where it's leaking and we'll seal it temporarily within 24 hours.

In the early years Kees did everything himself. Laying tiles, soldering gutters, writing quotes at the kitchen table in Alkmaar-Noord. As the work grew, he took on tradesmen he had trained himself.
