How we work
Five steps, the same for every roof. You know in advance what will happen and what it will cost.
Inspection
We come round, go up on the roof and look in the attic. It takes about an hour. You don't need to be there the whole time.
Quote
Within three working days you have a quote with a fixed price, photos of what we found and a schedule. No 'roughly' or loose ends.
The work
Our own roofers do the work, no subcontractors. At the start of each day you hear what’s happening that day. If the roof is still open in the evening, we cover it.
Handover
We check the roof and attic together. Only when you're happy do we send the final invoice. We leave the site broom-clean.
Guarantee
Every roof we complete comes with a 10-year guarantee on watertightness. It’s in writing, with our Chamber of Commerce number on it.
