What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Quote and price
Our quotes are valid for 30 days and contain a fixed price. We only use provisional sums when something genuinely can't be seen in advance, like rotten timber under the tiles. That is then clearly stated.
Planning and weather
We don't work on the roof in rain or strong wind. If the schedule shifts because of it, you'll hear about it the same day.
Payment
For a renovation you pay 30% at the start and the rest after completion. Smaller jobs are paid within 14 days of the invoice.
Guarantee
We give a 10-year guarantee on the watertightness of every roof we complete. Damage from storms above force 10 or from work by others is not covered.
Complaints
Not happy? Email info@vermeer-dakdekkers.nl within 14 days. We'll come and look free of charge and put it right.
